“Company only out for a money grab with no concerns for customers. Was not expressly told over the phone that the deposit for appointment was non refundable, yet when I attempted to cancel, ahead of my schedule time, was told it was non refundable. I asked if there was any way we could pass the charge as with the current heatwave they had plenty of customers lined up and was told no, they could play the tape back to me proving I agreed. I then said go ahead and send the tech, tech arrived at 454 and left at 457, to which I let them know 3 minutes was not an inspection and I would be disputing my charge.

The next step is even better when the supposed owner, Jason "GoFxxKyourself" as he explained, called and cussed me out and threatened to assault me on my own property because I offered the tech $20 to hang out for a half hour since the company wasted his time and my money. It was quite the color litany of cusswords that Mr GoFuxxYourself felt the need to use to compensate for short comings.

Do not use this business unless you want to be ripped off, over charged, have your time wasted, and threatened with felony assault.”
